Summary: Leaking water from the toilet, I informed the front desk but no 9ne showed up to fix it. No hot water to shower, let the water run over 10 minutes, but still no hot water. The light's were not working properly. I let the receptionist know this issues while checking out, she only said we will have someone to take a look. No apologies at all.
